- 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return: You may return any product within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- Non-Defective Returns: If the product has no quality issues but you wish to return it for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives with defects or quality issues, please contact us immediately. Upon inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including the shipping fees.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@rspgame.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Shipping Your Return: For non-defective products, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For defective products, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if the quality issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, including the return shipping costs.
